Across cultures, the number seven holds tremendous meaning throughout time and space. There are seven days of the week, seven virtues, seven deadly sins, and seven chakras. It is no different here at CIBC as they enter their copper era – a time for love and protection. They’ve gone through changes and want to continue to love their people and the virtue of their craft. They need to protect their vision of creating excellence through grit, approachability, community, and truth. For their seventh anniversary release, they looked back to the past to one of their favorite recipes from the early years, Sweet Brown Ale, and aged it in a variety of rum barrels for seven months.
