Springdale by Jack’s Abby was founded in 2016 as the experimental and barrel-aging arm of Jack’s Abby Brewing. With curiosity, creativity and the support of their talented production team, they’ve spent their first year crafting dozens of wild and barrel-fermented beers, as well as a line of traditionally fermented ales. Barrel Master Matt Cohen will take you through a guided tasting that will focus on some of the unique beers produced in the barrel room and the art of controlling wild yeast and blending beer.

Come at 6:00pm to find a seat and mingle. Guided tasting starts at 6:30pm.

Must be 21 or older. IDs will be checked at the door.
