George will show how people celebrated their love and reverence for cask ale using examples from PEM’s renowned collection of art and culture.

Randy Baril will be sharing some of the more modern tools of the trade used in preparing and serving cask ale.

Why is this traditional beer service method still relevant in today’s world? Taste the difference yourself! For this one time event, we will be providing beer prepared two ways, the modern draft approach and the same beer presented on cask.

$35 tickets are available through Eventbrite. All attendees will receive a 1/2L glass they will get to take home, along with up to FOUR schnitts (up to a liter of beer).
